Cancellation Policy
****Fire & Love Wellness Cancellation Policy**** We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that our services are accessible to everyone while respecting our practitioners' time and resources, we have the following cancellation policy: **Cancellation/Rescheduling Options:** You can cancel or reschedule your appointment in any of the following ways: * **Online:** Through our website's scheduling portal (if available). * **Phone:** By calling our office at (330) 474-9601​. * **Email:** By sending an email to firelovewellness@gmail.com. **Cancellation Fees:** * **More than 24 hours' notice:** No charge. * **Same-day cancellation (up to 1 hour before appointment):** $15 fee. * **Less than 1 hour's notice or no-show:** $35 fee. **Exceptions:** We understand that emergencies happen. We may waive the cancellation fee in certain circumstances, such as: * **Sudden illness or injury:** If you or your child experiences a sudden illness or injury that prevents you from attending the appointment. * **Extreme weather conditions:** If severe weather makes it unsafe to travel to your appointment. * **Family emergencies:** If you experience a family emergency that requires your immediate attention. **Please note:** * **Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the termination of services.** * **Cancellation fees are payable at your next scheduled appointment or can be paid online or by phone.** **We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.** This allows us to provide the best possible service to all our clients while respecting the time and expertise of our practitioners. **If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.**
